Renters get rejected for paperwork issues, not affordability issues. Property managers spend hours per application chasing documents that may or may not be real. Owners make decisions on incomplete data. Everyone in the chain was working harder than they needed to, with less certainty than they deserved.
We're a Gold Coast-based team of data, finance and product specialists who'd lived this problem from both sides. Open Banking gave Australia the technical foundation to fix it. Rental IQ is the fix.
