What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?
Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include names, contact details, and other information you provide to us in connection with our services.
We collect Personal Information through our ordinary interactions with you, including when you use our services, communicate with us, or otherwise provide information to us directly or through third parties. Where you generate a rental affordability report through our platform, we also collect banking transaction data retrieved from your nominated financial institution via our accredited data aggregation provider under the Consumer Data Right (Open Banking) framework. We do not collect or store your banking login credentials. We do not guarantee the content or privacy practices of any third-party websites or services linked from our platform.
You may withdraw your consent to our collection of your banking transaction data at any time, either through the consent dashboard provided by our accredited data aggregation provider, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Withdrawal will stop any further collection of your banking transaction data. It will not affect reports we have already generated, or any information we are required or permitted by law to retain. On withdrawal, we will delete or de-identify any raw banking transaction data we still hold, except where retention is required by law.
Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children.

When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.
